All timber harvesting activities are inherently dangerous and safety is our foremost consideration throughout the entire harvesting operation.
Our goal is to preserve and protect the forest environment by taking the worst trees first and leaving the highest quality trees to grow and reproduce.
Most landowners have little, if any, personal experience with timber harvesting and are unfamiliar with the myriad of choices of equipment and methods.
A landowner’s objectives for harvesting timber from their woodlot might include:
